As it stands

A few seconds around the table: the top, the edges and the base.

  • 01 The top Solid European oak. No core, no layer of oak on top: wood all the way through.
  • 02 The frame Black steel. It carries the top and does nothing else.
  • 03 The edges Rounded. No sharp edge at shin height.

A table should still be a table after five years.

So there is no chipboard in it and no veneer over it.
