MAHOWA is a Belgian interior brand for solid European oak.

Not fifty materials. No wood look. No complicated story to make a thin layer sound better than it is.

We choose oak. Full stop.

Why oak?

Because oak is real.

You see the grain. You feel the weight. You see that no two boards are exactly the same. That is not a fault in the system. That is wood.

What we do

  • Solid European oak.
  • Made to measure, down to the centimetre.
  • Lightly sanded and finished in Belgium.
  • Made for walls, rooms and people who are done with “roughly the right size”.

What we don’t do

  • MDF with a wood print.
  • Veneer pretending to be solid.
  • Discount theatre.
  • And twenty other timbers because that is apparently supposed to impress.
