What you can withdraw from

No right of withdrawalA shelf in a size you specified yourself, a SELECT board we cut to your length, or anything else made to your instructions

Unsure about a size? Ask us before you order. For made-to-measure work we send you a photo of your board before it leaves.

How to withdraw

  1. Let us know within 14 days of the day you receive the shelf. The quickest way is withdraw from contract here: you get a confirmation by email straight away, with date and time. A clear message via contact or the model form in the terms works too.
  2. Send the shelf back within 14 days of your message, well protected. Return shipping is at your cost.
  3. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your message. We may wait until the shelf is back or you show that you have sent it.

You may look at the shelf and handle it as you would in a shop. If you have done more with it — drilled, oiled, hung it — and it has lost value as a result, we may deduct that difference.

Damage, or a mistake on our side

Is the size wrong, is the finish not what was agreed, or did the board arrive damaged? Let us know as soon as you can via contact, ideally with a photo. We remake the board or refund it — at no cost to you. Your two-year legal guarantee applies as well.

Natural variation

Differences in grain, colour, knots and fine cracks belong to solid wood and do not count as a defect. Want to know exactly what you're getting? For made-to-measure work and one-off pieces we always send a photo first.
